General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council of
the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of felicitations to His Excellency
Mr Aleksander Kwasniewski, President of the Republic of Poland, on the
occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Poland which falls on 3rd
