in the Myanmar New Year, the play “Thingyan To Come”, written by
Thabyenu and translated into English by U Than Hlaing Thit, will
come on the air on the English programme of Myanma Radio at 9

traffickers arrested

April—Altogether five packets of raw opium weighing 5.88 kilos
were seized under glazed earthen jars and old feeding troughs
for pigs near the house of U Shi Gin Sai in Nanphetka Ward-1,
Kutkai when a combined team comprising members of local
intelligence unit and Nanphetka Police Station of Kutkai
Township searched the house on 16 March.
