Senior General Than Shwe sends felicitations to Senegal

General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development
Council of the Union of Myanmar, has sent a message of
felicitations to His Excellency Mr Abdoulaye Wade, President of
the Republic of Senegal, on the occasion of the National Day of
the Republic of Senegal which falls on 4 April 2003.
