treatment centre opened in Tachilek

opening ceremony of community based drugs addict treatment centre organized by
Myanmar Anti-Narcotics Association was held on 20 March at Hway Lay Lan village
in Mongphone Village-tract, in Tachilek Township with an address by regional
Tactical Commander Col Than Shain.
