Senior General Than Shwe and wife Daw Kyaing Kyaing to pay state
visit to Vietnam
Yangon, 12 March—At the
invitation of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam
His Excellency Mr Tran Duc Luong and wife Madame Nguyen Thi Vinh,
Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council of the Union
of Myanmar Senior General Than Shwe and wife Daw Kyaing Kyaing
will pay a state visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in
the near future.

occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Mauritius,
which falls on 12 March 2003, Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman
of the State Peace and Development Council of the Union of

Brand edible oil arrived at Asia World Wharf in Ahlone Township

11 March — A 31-member mountanearing team including 14 women led by President of
Hiking and Mountaineering Federation Dr Paing Soe, Vice-President Major Kai Khan
