Foreign Head of State sends felicitations to

Yangon, 19 Jan - The following is the message of felicitations from Mr Leonid Kuchma, President of Ukraine, sent to Senior General Than Shwe, Chairman of the State Peace and Development Council and Prime Minister of the Union of Myanmar, on the occasion of the 55th Anniversary Independence Day of the Union of Myanmar.
