USDA is one and only nationalist organization and it needs to always possess two major characteristics-firm set-up and brilliant organization.

USDA executives need to know thoroughly the association's rules and procedures, organization and duties, basic principles, the government's tasks and the Head Office's responsibilities so that they can execute their management tasks systematically.

For uplift of national economic life, all must not lose the sight of the four economic objectives.

In endeavouring for building a peaceful, modern and developed nation, USDA members must build a strong national force to face and vanquish the dangers to the nation.

The entire people desire a peaceful, modern and developed nation and the government is implementing the 12 national objectives for peace, stability and development of the nation upholding Our Three Main National Causes.

To build a peaceful, modern and developed nation, national security must properly be maintained, which means stability of the State, community peace and tranquillity and prevalence of law and order.

USDA members must perpetually strive for uplift of national economic life to be able to get away from the guiles and wiles and the dangers of the neo-colonialists.
