Myanma history stands witness to the fact that the national brethren had been able to set Myanmar free from the subjugation based on the patriotism and the might of national defence.

The servitude experienced by Myanmar always reminds us that on-going efforts should be made for uplift of national prestige and integrity and sharpening the national defence capabilities.

All-out efforts are being exerted to establish a consolidated national strength. It will be necessary to ensure harmonious progress of all the three political, economic and national defence strengths in building a lasting national strength.
